Great customer service department, easy to contact with queries. Reliable fast well informed delivery. Easy to deal with regarding returns . Would like to see a bit more eco/recycled packaging on sent items but apart from that very happy. Suggest adding option to purchase reusable shopping bags to delivery items on check out. Euro donation to charity on checkout is a lovely idea.

One of the reasons I shop Equine Warehouse is because of the An Post deliveries. Quick and reliable.

If I knew deliveries from Spotsdirect were to be carried out by Fastway I would not have bothered buying from them. There is no mention on their website until AFTER purchase that the delivery is conducted by Fastway. I did search for delivery details, none available on their site but to also note their postage rates to Ireland are different on two areas of their website??!!
On purchase I received three separate emails from Fastway to say my order was a multiple parcel delivery, and that my parcels would be delivered separately. I knew this wouldn't happen as I have had nothing but negative experiences from Fastway and make a point of avoiding delivers from them.
The deliveries came together, the same day but packaged separately.
My BIG problem with Fastway and be warned I am not the only one....
On their website they state that all drivers should have a uniform, ID, an identifiable van. Well I can tell you this is not the case in rural areas. For this delivery:
An English reg van arrived, reversed up the drivewsy, no writing on it, two people in it, no uniforms, no ID.
This is not acceptable and looks very dodgy. I have delt with DPD, An Post, UPS never an issue all easily identifable.
Fastway get your act together.

I don't like Fastway deliveries, previous deliveries always days late, mislaid or stuck in depot.
No marked vans, no standard uniform.
I will not order items if I know prior to ordering they will be delivered by Fastway. This order came by Fastway, I won't be ordering from that company again.

Fastway are so slow at deliveries its beyond belief. I order items from a company in Northern Ireland who started using Fastway a few years ago. Ever since they changed couriers post is constantly misdirected for days on end, going back to the depo for redirection even though I give my eircode. I just cant understand it. I have zero problems with other couriers.
When I make enquiries with the supplier they say it is in transit with Fastway and when I contact Fastway they say they have to make enquiries. In turn a response is dragged out so long they wait until its eventually delivered and then send a message...your item has been delivered....yes like a week later.😕Does anyone even care about bad reviews!?

Arrived quickly and well boxed using recycled packaging.

Very happy with order time and delivery. Helpful staff when I called re postage rates. My only problem is with the web site, when you click on an item for info and then you want to return to the point on the page to where you were it seems to go back to the very start of that page.
But happy overall.
