I recently purchased a Hyundai i20from Carstore on the Kylemore Road, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. I want to give special thanks to Richard, my sales rep, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process.

I was quite indecisive at the start and unsure of what I really wanted, but Richard was extremely patient, informative, and—most importantly—not pushy in the slightest. He gave me the time and space I needed to make the right decision for myself, while still being there to answer all my questions clearly and honestly.

His relaxed, professional manner made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I never felt pressured, just well taken care of. That kind of service is rare and really appreciated.

I called to ask about baggage and ended up booking my trip (didn't catch the ladies name), she took care of me in a real timely professional manner, got everything taken care of, it was a pleasure dealing with her and I will be using them in the future again!

I had to call Travel Republic several times and even though I spoke to several different people they were all extremely professional / helpful. I had late add on's and they were very accommodating in cancelling hotel/shuttle bus etc and orgainising us all staying as a whole group
