Be very careful and wary of booking with this company.

Be very careful and wary of booking with this company.
Realised deposit was indeed an instalment, which in effect is interest added to total amount of holiday. Unable to contact customer services due to weekend, unable to rectify by manage my booking, unable to rectify via virtual assistant, Sandy, who gave incorrect information regarding human colleagues working schedule. Managed to speak to Customer services, after inserting any reference number, so could speak to a person and still not able to rectify.
I'm sure this is fraud and false misrepresentation and should be able to be rectified as a cooling off period.

Please be advised that before submitting your booking request we give you a choice whether to make a low or standard deposit and there is also a option to pay in full which was not select by you.

I can see that you contacted our live chat and there was not a response from you for 5 minutes therefore, the chat advisor cancelled the chat.

Very helpful

After my flight was cancelled I phoned Travel Republic from Frankfurt Airport to let them know that I would not be arriving at my accommodation until the following day. The call takers were understanding and very helpful and did indeed phone my accommodation in Orlando, Florida, to inform them. Your help was much appreciated at a stressful time.
