I've never had a bad experience with uber at all however, as a regular customer who uses uber more than 10 times a week, I think you guys should have a record of this because when your normal fare of $7-$8 turns into a $28 ride because of a surcharge I find it very unfair and have had to use lyft numerous times because of this. Unfortunately I've heard a lot of people in the hospitality industry complain about this in particular and we would all like for you to fix this issue instead of giving the same answer over and over again with the whole "we don't have enough drivers".
