GoCycle

Updating from a previous negative review to positive based on the responses below. I’m not sure exactly what happened in reality but I’ve enough doubt now that I don’t think it’s fair to leave it up. My personal experience might not have had much to do with the company itself.

We’d like to clarify which dealer you’ve been in contact with regarding this issue, as we don’t appear to have a direct support ticket from you. To ensure we get this resolved as quickly as possible, we strongly recommend creating a ticket with us directly via our support portal. This will allow us to properly identify the part needed and arrange for it to be sent to you.

Based on your description, it sounds like the part in question is a Cam Lever, and if so, we currently have ample stock available. Once you submit a ticket, we can confirm the exact part required and get it shipped out to you promptly.

Regarding your concern about our financial stability, we’d like to reassure you that GoCycle is in a strong position, and far from being in trouble. In fact, we will be announcing an exciting and prosperous partnership in the coming weeks that will further reinforce our commitment to innovation and customer support.

EDIT: Thank you for providing the additional information. We have contacted Green Aer on your behalf to understand what is happening with you Gocycle. They have confirmed that it is in their Sandyford branch and all the required parts have been ordered and arrived some time ago. Please contact them directly to discuss finalising the repair and the return of your Gocycle. In the meantime we are in contact with Green Aer to encourage them to proactively reach out to you to discuss this matter.

Had both of our e-bikes serviced here (Sandtford) in the past month and these guys really did an amazing job. Above and beyond, going to extra trouble to get the best possible result despite a few tricky issues. No mystery why they’re booked up.

Review of Muve

Super speedy

MUVE and Yusuf/Nelaka in particular were very helpful when we needed a quick sale. I would absolutely recommend using MUVE for getting your sale pushed through and avoiding costly and stressful delays.

I don't know why but many people (myself included) have dealt with solicitors around property transactions who seem to drag their heels, or at least have little urgency. MUVE are very much the opposite and chase all partries to get things done promptly.
