This kit showed us what order we needed to do things in and how much we needed to write down so that our executor could carry out his duties when we aren't around. Help requested from the website was swiftly given, easy to follow and friendly. I am so glad we bought this kit.

Online shopping at Sainsbury's is very convenient. Deliveries are reliable and the drivers are helpful and friendly. Unavailability of items (especially when they have been advertised as specials) is irritating. If they are "special" then they should be available. If they are not available ... well, they're not very special, are they?

The website was very helpful by explaining the different sort of secondary double glazing and fittings and also by explaining how to measure up and calculate the amount of fittings needed.

We are always delighted with their products. Our latest purchase from them was made while Covid restrictions were in place. The staff were most helpful - both on-line and on the telephone. Because of Covid there was a slight delay to the delivery. We were kept fully informed and reassured. We recommend them very highly.

I've just ordered and received two "taster" boxes - both contain really good wines (and some I haven't tried before, but will soon). I appreciate Averys' mixed cases - never a disappointment.
