Amazing experience - first time user.
What a brilliant company and excellent customer experience. The pricing and process is clear, I received my pack promptly. Sent back at 10am via royal mail and had my results by 4.30 the following day. I was worried about symptoms but couldn't get an appointment with the GP. The negative results are a huge relief but even if they had been different, knowing earlier makes the next steps so much quicker.

Lovely wall panels, impressed with the quality for the price. Took a little while to come but they were up front about that so all good!

Wonderful service.
Bought some new leather kitchen stools. Not only were they amongst the cheapest of this particular stool we found online. But delivery was speedy, and the stools were perfect!
But above all, the customer service we received from Samantha and Zia was incredible. Rectified a problem (of our making, not Furniture World) without question and extremely speedily.

Reliable and great value. Much cheaper than quotes I received from garages and I didn't need to move from my arm chair!!
