Inability to execute. We applied (and were told were were more than qualified and that it would be no issue), but the agent we were working with was unresponsive for several weeks, and when I sent an email asking how things were progressing, he simply replied with an email message saying I can't find anyone to work with, so you should go elsewhere. It was a complete waste of time. Save yourself time and start elsewhere!

Door to door pickup and drop-off were outstanding, the shipping time was good, and the price was fair. Everything arrived in good condition. My expectations were exceeded!

Choosing Vera Clinic for my hair transplant procedure was one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I chose them because I know that when having a procedure like that done, the success depends on the physical skill of the hands doing the procedure, the sophistication of the overall process (including pre and post op protocols), and the health (and compliance) of the patient. I followed the recommended pre and post op care carefully and I am relatively healthy for a 57 year old, but I knew the rest was up to the team I chose. Vera Clinic exceeded my expectations in every way. Their communication, pre-op directions, and post-op directions were outstanding. It was also obvious to me that the clinic had tremendous experience and that their overall process was well-developed, and I found both to be true. The accommodations and transportation during my stay were comfortable and provided everything I needed. The day of the procedure and follow-up visits were organized and proceeded without delays or surprises. The staff was kind, compassionate, and skilled. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the Vera Clinic team. I am now 6 months post-procedure, and my hair is healthy, full, and looks great! Finally, I should say that I operate a primary care medical clinic in Scottsdale, AZ and have recommended Vera Clinic to several patients - we do not recommend any specialist or providers if we are not completely comfortable with that recommendation, and we are happy to recommend Vera Clinic - they are a great team and they do outstanding work!

Great show that exceeded my expectations!

USPS lost the shipment, but instead of resolving the issue by sending me a new shipment, I had to wait through a USPS investigation for the lost package. In the meantime, I need lenses... the customer service response is completely unacceptable. UPDATE: Opticontacts did not insure the shipment, and now they are saying there is nothing they can do and that I am out the money. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! BTW, their reply is a LIE!!! The USPS tracking shows it never left the origin facility.
