From the initial meeting about what we could be offered until the completion of all the new windows and front door everything went smoothly and we were impressed about how the workmen installed everything in just two days.
Beyond what my wife and I expected.

From our initial quotation through to installation completion today 16th July we have been very pleased with how everything has run smoothly and to an exceptional standard beyond our expectations.
Both Matthew Wick and Andy Oconnell worked extremely hard from start to finish with the installation and were respectful of our property at all times.
They should both be very proud of themselves and we couldn’t thank them enough.

I had the email ahead of the time to book tickets in the pre sale at 10 o’clock on Wednesday 18th February for Katherine Jenkins at the London Palladium.
I tried to apply at 10 o’clock but was asked for a password which I couldn’t recall having.
I tried asking to request providing a new password but didn’t receive an email for this on numerous attempts so didn’t receive a code.
After a while I was told my email wasn’t recognised (so how did I receive the initial invite email???)
I gave up in the end and had to ask a friend to apply for me and eventually got tickets by 11 o’clock.
Obviously seats 💺 further back than I would have been sitting.

Everything was so easy to make a claim and everyone was very understanding and helpful.

We wern’t pounced upon as soon as we walked into the store which is what we don’t like but when we asked for assistance/ help in choosing, the staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding.

I got a considerable discount on our energy prices from British Gas.
Also discounts on our mobile phone chargers and broadband.
Good that most household bills all come out in one go each month and are easy to understand.

The recipient said that the bouquet was lovely, however I was disappointed that it arrived a day later than the due date. I know it's not your fault, it was Royal Mails who said they should have been delivered by 7.pm on 21st April.

Generally remember when prescriptions run low and deliver them on time.

Always quick to reply for extra prescriptions and always arrive quickly.

Always receive reminders to re order and always arrive on time.

Always reminds me of when my prescription is due and dispatched on time.

Very happy with the service from Fabian at the Stevenage store on 10/06/22.
After initially looking for one item we ended up ordering six.
Very knowledgeable young man that guided us with a friendly manner without any pressure.
Highly recommended.

First time I have used the company and after sending birthday flowers to my cousin on the Isle of Wight she called me to thank me saying that they were absolutely lovely.
I ordered them on the 20th April from mainland UK and they arrived on her birthday the 21st April.
