We did a bulk order and needed to receive it as quickly as possible for a funeral. Customer service went above and beyond to make this happen and get it all to us in time. The necklaces are so durable and beautiful quality. I then placed another order, and I messed up on the order but once again the customer service went above and beyond and corrected my mistake. Highly recommend this company!

I'm a mom with 4 kids so I'm always busy at home and busy taking kids where they need to go. I wear out slippers really fast. My hubby got these for me for my birthday and they are wonderful! Very cozy, durable, and easy to put the soles on in a hurry. My kids think they are super cool :) I was nervous they wouldn't fit right since I have a narrow foot - but they fit great! I normally wear a US women's 10 (10.5 in running shoes) and I ordered a 41. Love them!

UPDATE! A week after I received these I started to notice the bottom innersole smelled REALLY bad. Like total rotten feet. I'm not a sweaty person and my feet have NEVER had an odor issue. But it got to the point where I could even wear these anymore because I could smell the odor all the time. I let the company know and they said to try washing them. I did so on delicate cycle and now the bottom innersole won't dry - I've tried to let them air dry, dryer on delicate setting, and hair dryer on a gentle setting. They won't dry! And now I just pressed on them with my fingers to see if they are dry and my fingertips turned black - the bottom innersole is mushy and breaking down!!! I'm not too happy. How can a product like this be made with a material that stinks, doesn't dry, and doesn't tolerate moisture?!? :(((
