After some back and forth Aflak came out to sort things out and he was excellent. All back up and running at full speed in no time.

Our current mortgage product was coming to an end and we wanted to know what our options were. Darren was fantastic to deal with giving us great advice and informing us of the choices we have. With his expert help we did a product transfer with the same lender saving us over £300 a month! We couldn't believe how easy it was to save so much money. We really didn't need to do anything!

With us saving so much we decided to look into the option of getting some further borrowing and Darren again was excellent in looking at what we could do. We are now in the position of getting the extension and new kitchen we didn't think we would be able to afford for sometime and we are still paying less each month than was we did before!

To top it all off I asked Darren to look at the options with another property we own and again we saved around £100 a month on that mortgage!
