The packaging was ripped, the box had been squashed and the product was damaged. The driver said the condition of the product had been checked at the depot but it obviously hadn't been checked properly as a piece had snapped off.

Click anc collect order processed very quickly. Staff very polite and helpful.

I dropped an Amazon return parcel at the parcel shop using the label supplied by Amazon. I got a parcel receipt with an 8 digit number that it says I can track my parcel with. Now my parcel has disappeared, the 8 digit code isn't recognised by the website and without a tracking number the help bot won't do anything. No contact telephone number on the website, no email address, and no general 'help chat'.

Generally quick response but once recently had to wait a long time at the side of the road for the third party recovery agent who had been sent out to get permission to tow us when the car couldn't be repaired.
