BUYER BEWARE !, avoid this company at all costs. I have NINE speakers which are now only good to listening to some streaming services. Since the management of SONOS decided to deploy an update that removed access to my music library my system is not fit for purpose. These speakers come at a premium price and are now basically useless to me. How a company can be so STUPID is beyond me. The whole team at SONOS who are responsible for this fiasco should be dismissed. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED.

Ordered Roses advertised to be delivered before 1pm on Valentines Day. Roses not delivered on 14th February, when they tried to deliver on the 15th I refused the delivery. Valentines day suprise ruined. This is my 5th bad experience with Costco online and will stick to Amazon in future. Costco appear to be a good deal BUT they don't deliver on what they advertise. Amazon may charge a bit more but they deliver the next day. Save yourself aggravation and dissappointment dont shop at Costco online. Their warehouse's are quite good although recently had to return a faulty Sonos speaker which on reflection had been returned before as the box was not sealed when I went to open it. BUYER BEWARE terrible service and incompetent management.

Had to RMA a hard drive, problem free and timely response. Professional service, an excellent company to deal with.
