Mum (aged 89) needed someone to take her for a small op for Carpal Tunnel. We asked Driving Miss Daisy if they could accommodate and Diane at the Gravesend branch was an absolute star. She reassured mum throughout, so that mum felt as confident as she could be. We cannot recommend Diane enough and would not hesitate to recommend or engage her services again.

I love the ethos and style and bought two pairs of leggings and a top. I've previously found that the sizes come up a bit small but these items fit perfectly. Delivery was quick and items wrapped well.

Quality clothing, fast delivery

Bought a fabulous coat but although I paid for next day delivery when I ordered Saturday, I was then emailed the next day and told the courier didn't work Sundays. They refunded my delivery charge after I asked them too without any issue.

The following Sunday my husband had his Superdry coat delivered - by a courier.

Went to get some paving slabs at Dartford branch. Showed having 60+ in stock online but when we got to store there were only 3 left! Spoke to Customer Services who after initially suggesting they had been bought, called one of their colleagues to check the warehouse. So a big thanks to Paul, who did this, and got them for us (although he wasn't sure he'd be able to get to them today due to fork-lift staff possibly not able to access them) and then helped put them on our trolley.

Went into my local store to view mattresses for my two kids and was told 2wks for delivery. Went home to discuss with husband, then ordered online, was given 1month for delivery instead.
Went to John Lewis, delivery in 5 working days, so cancelled my order with Bensons and went to John Lewis instead.

Have used Feedem for at least a couple of years now and would recommend them to anyone. Never been let down, always have what I want in, delivery is prompt, website easy to use, as is payment. Keep it up Feedem!
