I bought a boat which needed a deep six interior clean. All the seats hadnt been cleaned for a long time, the carpet was super dirty and the two bedrooms carpets needed also lots of care. Dealing with Misel couldn’t be easier. He just “ gets it” and was super reliable. He did an amazing clean that my wife and I are super happy for. The carpets and seats looked like new again and nothing was untouched, even the steering wheel!
I highly recommended him and already suggested him to two others.

We've been using Taking Care now for probably four years to take care of my 93-year-old mother. I cannot fault them for the friendliness and effectiveness of their Customer Service.
Even if we have to ring the helpline or they ring us for a Alarm they're always so incredibly patient thoughtful and genuinely caring which at the time is so great to hear when one feels a little anxious or stressed about one's mother.
Yesterday for example I needed to order an additional unit for my mother and they couldn't be more helpful and explaining everything in such a nice way.
I can only highly recommend them.

Each time, I've always an amazing customer experience.
I bought a BBQ from them and through my own fault mis-ordered something and on a complex order one item, was incorrect. Simple mistake. Mia, the manager could not have been more helpful on both occassions. Immediately swinging into action and finding me a solution- which she always did. Even if she had to order a new item this was done immediately and I even saw the order confirmation appear when I was on the call- Truly impressive!

Like others say- probably the worse customer support in the world.
Getting hold of Taylor Swift is probably easier than getting a response from Microsoft.
Simply terrible.

I always receive top notch service with technicians who know what they’re talking about .
They’re open for longer hours and even weekends so when your net is down on. Friday evening , for example, nothing is more irritating to wait until Monday to get it fixed
Naturally they are a little more expensive but you pays your money and takes your choice.
A few kroner saved in this particular business normally has repercussions in other areas.

I ordered during the Xmas time and was surprised that they immediately responded, the gifs were packed and sent the next day.
These are great speciality coffees one wouldn’t find elsewhere.

I've now used SON several times now and their T-shirts are simply a cut above most of the other stuff out there, certainly all the classic brands.
When people comment on how nice a simple T-shirt is then you know something is right.
Great quality, the best fit ever and one feels and looks like a million bucks- at least the latter is what my wife says but she might be biased!

Ordered a Bellagio case at a great price, arrived the next day. It was simply too big so a quick call and a nice gentlemen immediately fixed the problem and a new one was quickly dispatched, also arriving the next day.

Went there on a Downtown offer for Pariserbøf and we were not disappointed. It's clearly a bar ( it is called Bar 23 after all) and not a restaurant, as others might have misinterpreted. Once you realise this, picking up your knives and forks or ordering at the bar and collecting food or drinks isn't an issue. Very nice and cosy and I was in a group of four and all of us enjoyed it. The owner himself couldn't have been more service oriented. Even when we had a bottle of wine ( like most bars, it's more a beer place!) that was corked, no questions whatsoever and immediately he gave us a new wine.
Can't wait to go back for their legendary stegt flæsk!

I needed some new tyres fitted and decided to use Din Bilpartner as they were very near a client of mine. I was greeted in a really nice and sincere way, nothing was too much trouble and they even pointed out on my car how worn down the pads were. This was not a "garage shake-down" but a true genuine concern.
I had to use them twice as I had ordered the wrong size tyres for the back and both times they were really nice, addressing me by my name each time. The exterior might not look great but inside a great and cosy, but professional service. I'll be back!

Tyres delivered quickly but their customer service sucks!
I made a mistake on my order, but still waiting for nearly five days now for a simple reply. Mailed them, text them and a What's app message but simply nothing.
Surprisingly I can see that they seem to reply to complaints on Trustpilot quite quickly so maybe there is someone who really exists behind this brand. This company also owns multiple online tyre sites so be aware.

Amazing customer service, especially by a guy called Sean Samson.
He followed my case closely, helping where necessary, following up regularly. I even train salespeople and it’s quite rare you see this level of service- really great. It wasn’t the biggest order in the world but it was really 6 star service!
Even when I ordered the cards, within the hour someone from the design team had been in contact to clarify something about my logo and gave me a couple of suggestions.
Even though I haven’t even received the cards yet I’m a big fan!
Quite an accomplishment!

I've been using one of the bigger accounting companies for 14 years and just got used to a below average service level and nobody really to speak to about things.
I decided to give Regnskabshelten a try and it really is a "game changing" difference in the most positive way.
The service level has been simply great. It's never a problem to speak to any of my contacts, they listened to me and this is someone who hates this part of the business. They even suggested some tweaks to a historical process that I had been doing for years. Just this tweak alone has saved me hours of work and a lot of frustration- even my wife says I am a happier man now, not having to do this painful exercise.
All in all I could not be happier and at a very competitive price- Total bliss!

On the day of ordering I had coffee with a friend. He was renovating his house at the time and said he found a great site that was much cheaper than other places and the speed of delivery was great. It was 10-4.
We were both impressed as my goods arrived the next day!

Spent 45 minutes on this site and I wish I hadn't. Got redirected via Momondo. Everytime you go through everything and press pay, it keeps saying there is a problem. After 5 attempts I reloaded the page and suddenly the price goes up with DKK 1300! In the end I rang my bank, to see if I had a problem with my card. She said there was often problems with these operators who keep saying their is a problem and then change the price upwards. In the end I pulled the plug and booked direct. 10 minutes job done and it was only DKK 900 more. For total peace of mind!
I thought the difference was a lot more but after two price hikes by Seat 24 it wasn't that much different.
