If it were possible to award zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. I am profoundly disappointed by the company’s unacceptable lack of customer service. Email correspondence routinely takes a minimum of five days to receive a response, which is entirely unreasonable.
I returned two products as they were uncomfortable and unsuitable. Both items were packaged together in the original delivery box, and I followed the return instructions precisely. Despite this, the company has refunded only half of my order, falsely claiming that the LED Face Mask was not received — even though it was returned in the exact same box as the helmet.
This situation demonstrates a complete absence of accountability, integrity, and basic customer care. I am deeply appalled by the company’s conduct and their failure to handle this matter honestly or empathetically. I strongly advise potential customers to take their business elsewhere.
I am unable to respond to your reply. I have already given the order number in my original review. If you would like to check your emails you will also see many, many emails from me wondering why you will not refund a product that has been returned and received!

There seems to be no way to cancel the subscription and they keep trying to take moeny out of my account. Emails going unanswered. Very frustrating.

Subscription cancellation depends on where the subscription was purchased. If you subscribed through our website or directly in the app, you can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Manage My Subscription page on the Kure website and logging in with your account details (please note emails and passwords are case-sensitive).
If the subscription was purchased through the App Store or Google Play, it must be canceled directly in your Apple or Google account, as those platforms manage billing independently. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
If you’re unsure which platform was used or are having trouble accessing the cancellation option, our support team can help clarify this. Please contact us at info@kureapp.health, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Sample wise, any purchases over €250 receive 2 samples, and one complimentary is added to each order under that.
