Despite booking at the local travel agency for 11 days / 10 nights, the booking was then confirmed for only 9 nights. We're supposed to check out at 12:00, with our flight leaving at 07:35 the next morning.
Even the official website states that this can only occur for flights up until 04:00 in the morning, so were cheated out of a full night. We even paid more for the trip with the later flight specifically so we could still get some sleep before the flight.
Nobody is reachable via telephone and the bot on the website only serves FAQ answers.

I've recently bought two displays from the Gbole store on Alibaba. The screen are much worse than was advertised in the listing and while chatting with the representative. After opening a case with Alibaba, I've received just a USD20 refund.
After leaving a negative review, a company representative promised a refund in exchange for improving the review (from 1-star to 3-star), but I was ghosted after doing so. On Alibaba, the company reps have started only replying with "hi". I'm trying to get a chargeback through VISA now.

As a selling platform, the quality of the products of course depend on the individual company you purchase from.
Alibaba simply serves as the platform and for mediation should issues arise.
This mediation process is incredibly broken, however. I've received counterfeit displays which are of much lower value than was agreed upon in chats and the product listing. The seller / scammer was, unsurprisingly, not very helpful. The dispute process then begins with a 2-day "evidence collection" phase, after which Alibaba is supposed to mediate. However, they basically comment nothing worthwhile and simply start the next 2-day "phase"; likely trying to bore the customer out of engaging with their scammy sellers.
Compared to sites like Geekbuying, AliExpress and Temu, Alibaba customer support is nonexistant and does not value the customer at all.

Checking the device took more than twice as long as initially advertised.
A large sum of the cash was then deducted despite the device meeting the criteria for the grade I had selected (Scratches invisible with display on) - likely because the device had depreciated since sending it in due to their long time to check it.
Contrary to other reselling companies, the support was not helpful over mail, though response time was fine.

Lieferzeit war okay - obwohl Hermes die 24h-Lieferung weit verfehlt hat.
Leider war der Artikel defekt, weshalb ich ihn zurückgeschickt habe. Anstatt den Einkaufswert wieder als Gutschein zu erhalten - wie explizit nach §357 BGB vorgeschrieben - gab es allerdings nur eine Erhöhung eines unsichtbaren "Kontoguthabens", welches wohl bei einer weiteren Bestellung - auf Rechnung! - anrechenbar wäre.
Absolut unfreundlicher und unprofessioneller Kundensupport, und eine absolute Frechheit, wie hier die Gesetzeslage ignoriert wird.
Nie wieder OTTO - es wird Zeit dass dieser miserable Laden schließt. Allein schon dass 2020 der Kauf auf Rechnung noch Standardeinstellung ist...

I recently bought three keys - very straightforwand interface, easy payment, fast access to the keys without idiotic delays - perfect.
One key ended up not working, but I was given a working replacement key with minimal delay.

I've got the key pretty much instantly, the price is perfectly fair and everything works as intended. (BF:H)

Zahlungsprozess war klar und sicher, Bestellbestätigung kam ebenfalls schnell. Nach ein paar Minuten wurde allerdings die Bestellung zurückgesetzt und ich bekam mein Geld wieder.

Ich habe vor einigen Tagen bei crystal-games.net einen Key für Modern Warfare 3 bestellt - innerhalb einer Stunde war er da. Funktioniert wunderbar.
