This is a great tool in gathering information to assist with advising clients. The ability to compose a draft letter to edit and then send out is great. The ability to save time is obvious but there is a need to sometimes ask the same question from various angles to ensure the completeness of information being presented.

Recently installed solar panels. A small App issue promptly sorted by one of their engineers. Follow-up phone calls to see how we were getting on and background form completions for grants etc being progressed. Neat installation with best quality equipment supplied (checked with electrician friend) and lower cost than competitor quote. What's not to like?

Exactly what I ordered arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, my fault, I ordered the wrong part so it will have to go back and a new item ordered instead. Hopefully turnaround on this will be just as good

I purchased a bottle of single malt scotch for an 80th birthday present for a good friend and client. He appreciates a nice drink and what I got him would not be normally available in a local off-licence. Delivered as promised and he was delighted to receive it. Job done 😊
