Placed my order 24th Feb almost 3 weeks…
Placed my order 24th Feb almost 3 weeks ago. Got a phone call the next day saying there would be a 3 day delay. After a few weeks and no communication I chased it to be told they would receive them on the 12th. Asked if they could do next day delivery as compensation. Didn’t receive a reply. Still waiting! Will be contacting my bank for a refund.

Ordered and fully paid for an AED in…
Ordered and fully paid for an AED in December. Was told it would be delivered in April. Received an email in April saying "We're running a little behind schedule but expect to deliver your order by June 2023" but no explanation as to why. Have not received an update as yet. Also paid for the yearly service and update plan in December! I may review the rating if I ever receive the AED. Starting to think this may be a scam.

The Kent office is an absolute joke. Eventually delivered almost two weeks after the date they said (4 weeks after ordering).But then only 75% of what was ordered! Was promised 5 different days, even phoned by the manager. Still waiting for the manger to contact me re compensation. Well Mr Manager you will soon notice that the invoice has not been paid and won't be until you contact me! You will also notice that Southern Farmers have not placed an order with you recently. Even your owners World Fuel Services haven't bothered to get back to me. Don't bother replying to the customer services email below, they won't respond. Ps the 5 star review two down from me, mentions the Birmingham office yet is written by someone in the US????
