Rapid Formations offer an excellent company formation service. We set up a new company. They took us through every stage of the set-up, explaining what we needed to do, and making the entire and complicated process straightforward for us.

Very easy ordering system, next day delivery, and a service that takes away old items and unpacks and installs the new ones - all without any fuss whatsoever. It makes a refreshing change.

We ordered an induction hob online. When it arrived, I realised I had ordered the wrong item. Appliances Direct could not have been more accommodating. I returned the item with the label they sent me and go the refund on the day they received it back. They are also very lovely people to deal with, which these days is quite unusual.

Our WordPress site was compromised. The hacker had managed to get access to change the underlying files, which meant they had free range to do whatever they wanted.

We got in touch with Adrian because of the great reviews on TrustPilot. He was very patient with us, explaining exactly what we needed to do to get him access. Once set up, he took over and three hours later, our site was back up with no more signs of viruses. He also pointed out other potential vulnerabilities which we are working on resolving.

Good services, excellent customer care. It took a bit of navigating the site to work out how to manage some of the services we use. The support team could not have been friendlier or more patient.

Excellent service. Very friendly people. The automated internet system is very good. The booking system made it easy to identify which parts needed to be ordered and was easy to use. I got a text the day before the appointment reminding me. I got a text in the morning letting me know the four-hour time slot they would arrive. They arrived comfortably within the slot. And did I say how friendly they were. Oh, and it doesn't hurt the review that they did a great job changing the tyres.

I ordered varifocul lenses but really struggled to use them when they arrived. Glasses Direct were fantastic. The took the glasses back with no quibbling whatsoever, even though the issue was entirely mine not being able to get used to the glasses. They replaced them with bifocals that are perfect for me. They patiently explained what I should expect. The glasses came through exactly when they said they would. I can finally see in focus again. Wonderful!

Reliable web hosting facilities. Previous host facilities have been flaky and have often had periods where there was no internet access. I have not experienced a single moment of downtime since moving to TSO Host about 2 years ago.

The support staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I like dealing with the company because I feel treated with care and respect.

Registering a company through Company Formations 247 is one of the easiest processes I have gone through. They created all the statutory documentation, took me through the process of registering directors, secretary, shareholders and registered office, and signed the company up with Companies House. The completed company documentation, including IT access to allow updates to the Companies House system, all came within one day. The cost of £17 is difficult to relate to the £115 we used to pay 10 years ago. Great service - highly recommended.

We have used web hosts for decades. We had to move to EasySpace, because our previous hosts were unable to accommodate some of our requirements.

We are a slightly difficult client of theirs, because of the requirements. In particular, We needed quite a lot of hand holding to set up the server. At every time, the support staff have been completely calm and supportive. They have answered all the technical questions we had, and never tried to push us in another direction which might suit them better than us.

We chose EasySpace after having read a number of reviews in different places about the company. The comments we read indicated the company was strong on customer support. Our experience matches the once we read.

More important than anything, is the service's complete reliability. When we started, it was easy to set up telephone numbers. Very good telephone support - although the only time we needed it was before we started when asking whether the services could do what we wanted. We have not used the programmers API, but are looking forward to doing so. It should allow us to automate a whole series of functions, such as SMS message responses to calls, automated switching phone numbers depending on availability of people to answer, and stasticial analysis of the number of calls to different numbers in response to targeted campaigns.
