ordered a few times now. I was looking for a shop that ships within Europe so there would not be delays with customs/extra charges. Prices on photospecialist are excellent compared to other online retailers. plan on ordering more photography equipment once I've my own studio at the end of this year.

The prices for film are great! I love my local camera store and support them for all my digital needs but for Film needs I got to go with thephotoshop.ie as the local bricks&mortar stores just cannot compete price wise specifically for analogue items.

I really wish the store could go back to increasing the variety of stock. I liked in the past being able to browse looking for bits and pieces like chemicals/alternative processes oddities, bits of darkroom equipment.

Would possibly be nice to have the option for standard post for small items such as a few rolls of film etc, as most stuff arrives via courier which means you have to be at home to receive. (for something like a roll of film or two a jiffy bag and an-post would work where they can shove it through your letter box)

The Online configuration tool to build a PC will warn you if parts are incompatible, if you've not enough space for fans, it will warn you if your power supply is under/over powered and if you've not chosen sufficient cooling systems. (This is great if your PC knowledge on components are out of date)

Website very easy to navigate, Customer support is very good, prices are very competitive, myself and a friend have used essential photo in the past and have been happy with the service even ordering from from Ireland where were not part of the UK getting things shipped over from UK to Eire still works out cheaper in some cases than buying from retailers here.

Processing the order quickly was excellent, Price of item was better than other stores, delivery came super fast, item was working perfectly.

I've given 3 stars due to the circumstances around the delivery and how the item was packaged.

Its coming up to Christmas time during a covid crisis where lots of shops are closed. Parents are ordering toys/gifts for their Kids for Christmas. Normally you would expect items to be shipped within a cardboard box with some packaging and the item inside would usually have its own product box like you would see on a shop shelf. The item I ordered was a Kids electric scooter which arrived in its box that was full colour with the photographs of the scooter on all sides (what I'd call the inner box in packaging terms) This meant when the delivery guy knocked on the door my 7 year old could see it was the scooter she was expecting from Santa Claus on Christmas day. Cover blown, surprise ruined, Child opened the scooter in November! now we have to find a different Christmas Present and lie that Santa had to post it because of covid virus.

If I'd known in advance the item could be identified via the packaging I could have contacted Pure Electric before placing the order to see if it could be wrapped in plain packaging.

It would have been great is whoever is sending orders out could be mindful that parents might be trying to order for their kids covertly and possibly put the item into a plain box or even wrap it with a plain brown paper or some plastic. When ordering via Amazon for items that dont have outer packaging they can often have a warning that the packaging the item ships in is lets you see and identify the content and has an option to wrap it.

My 2nd purchase with PC specialist, Love the webpage and being able to configure whatever you want, then them checking for compatability, build and test it, saves a lot of hassle. I spent way more than I initially intended.

One thing I missed was case fans! last time I bought a gaming PC the case came with 5 fans when I was ordering my new PC and choosing the case I saw wording about 2 front fans and 2 top fans which I assumed it came with, so under the section that said "extra case fans" I never picked any extra fans from the dropdown list, I selected none. When the PC arrived I thought brilliant this new machine is very quite! turned out there was no fans in it. I had misread the case "supported" the fans and not that it came with them. If I was to change anything about the website would be maybe add a warning about this. I could not find a way of ordering fans after the PC was delivered so ended up needing to order some from amazon. Love my new PC though!

I took a chance on ordering from E-Infinity knowing they more than likely were grey-market items that had been imported into England without a full manufacture warranty. I would normally support my Local Camera shop and have done for nearly all my purchases but I spotted a lens on sale where I ended up saving 255 Euros so I ordered it from E-Infinity. It took about 3 days to process the order. Even though I payed via paypal it still triggered a security check through Visa when the charge went through. I got emails letting me know the order was sent with good usable tracking information. Lens Arrived fast/ontime no issues, packaged well, brand new, working perfectly and no additional charges from customs or vat collectors. The Price on the webpage is what I paid. no hidden costs. Fantastic stuff!

I am really really happy with my new PC.
The attention to details was superb.

It was built really well and booting straight from the box all the drivers were the latest versions so no need for updates which was great.

The price was also excellent, I was going to buy components myself and build my own rig but when I saw the excellent cyberpower page I decided to order as the page options were so fantastic when it came to mixing and matching the hardware and giving live updates to the overall price/cost to the customer.

When ordering my system, I picked the republic of Ireland for Shipping while choosing the option of paying via credit card. This caused an issue where AFTER payment was successfully processed the online payment section defaulted into thinking my address was in the UK.

If I had paid the first time via paypal rather than trying to pay via credit card directly the issue would not have happened so for people outside of the UK I'd advise choosing the Paypal method of payment.

The UK phone number I had trouble ringing from Ireland (I don't know if this was a problem my end or not) I tried ringing 2 different numbers listed for the UK cyberpower and I could not get through on my mobile phone.
At my work place on my land line I could not get the number to dial successfully, I tried to get our office reception desk to dial the number to the UK and the could not. So from a Mobile Phone, Land Line and through an international companies reception desk none of us managed to be able to dial the number and get through to cyber power in the UK.
(Sales did phone my mobile successfully the call came in as a private call and the sales crew were excellent with helping me)

Sales were really excellent, they phoned me back, they did their best to sort out my payment issue, and when my system was due to ship they phoned to let me know it was being shipped.
