Brilliant from start to finish. I was apprehensive as I realised after I ordered that they were based in Hong Kong, and I sent a few slightly panicky emails as I needed my camera for an upcoming trip, but I needn’t worry! Customer service are super responsive too.

They had the Fujifilm x100vi IN STOCK (!!!) for significantly cheaper than anywhere in the UK. I emailed to confirm it was in stock, ordered that morning and it’s in my hands exactly a week later.

I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to others looking for camera gear, the price is great but the service is trustworthy and reliable.

Apologies to the team for my panicked emails as I know you can’t guarantee delivery but was really hoping to get the camera sooner rather than later, which in the end I did!

Delivery time was indeed a bit long and the price was more expensive than what I'd hoped for, but this is totally understandable since everything is specified beforehand on the website, so I knew what to expect. I was a bit nervous at first when my order stayed at Payment Received status for several days, but then they emailed me a photo of the camera boxed up ready for dispatch and it was in my hands a few days later.
