Per-transaction synchronous and chunk size: TxOptions and begin_write_with #871
Description
Add TxOptions { synchronous, chunk_facts } (#[non_exhaustive]) and Minigraf::begin_write_with; begin_write() becomes the default. WalWriter takes a SyncMode on each append. Add durability tests: a Normal transaction followed by a Full one, fault injection, and the SIGKILL test. This touches the WAL durability path, so it should get an independent review (TandemKit).
