Update eslint 10.13.0 → 10.14.0

Source: custom:https://registry.npmjs.org/eslint
Released: unknown (non-GitHub source or tag-only fallback)

Pkgscan: 1 below-threshold signal (all Info severity, risk score 0.1). Demoted in benign contexts (test fixtures, CI workflow setup); expand for details.
Severity File Line Capability (MBC) Pattern
INFO eslint (upstream release) 0 metadata/recent-bump recency NOT evaluated — no release date from the version source

Components changed

CycloneDX component delta (declared materials — the package's own version, not a dependency-tree diff)
Component Old New
~ eslint 10.13.0 10.14.0

Changes

Old New
Version 10.13.0 10.14.0
Source npm:eslint@10.13.0 npm:eslint@10.14.0

No source-tarball SHA256: installed from the npm registry at build time, so there's no committed source artifact to checksum.

Quality suggestions

  • Missing tests block. This package has no standalone tests, so the buildbot will only verify compilation — not functional correctness. Consider adding a minimal smoke test (e.g., a --version or small round-trip invocation) as part of this PR so future bumps catch regressions. See packages/python/build.ncl for a simple example.

Opened for review by pkgmgr auto-update (a freshness update; it clears no advisory). The leaf policy did not auto-approve it because:

  • 1 direct / 1 transitive dependents — a break cascades

To defer it, leave a comment rather than closing: a closed auto-update PR currently marks the package declined, which also stops its future auto-updates.

…TC-7 today) (#1241)

British Columbia moved to permanent UTC-7 at 2026-11-01T09:00Z, and tzdata
names it MST from then on. tz_resolves asserted the CURRENT abbreviation was
PST/PDT, so from this morning it fails on every run that executes tzdata's
standalone tests: all of #1234-#1240 failed "build failed checks (2 of
18480)", both arches, on this one check. The data is right; the test assumed
the rule never changes.

Check two pinned 2025 instants instead (PST in January, PDT in July), the
same fixed-epoch form as the Paris check below. Tests are not in the
SpecHash, so this rebuilds nothing.
