Docs-only wording change in the AGENTS.md trust-store section; the rules and file references are unchanged, and leaving distrust.txt alone avoids a needless ca-certificates rebuild. CI is green on the head.

House wording rule: the trust-store section of AGENTS.md now calls each CA distrust a "distrust response". The change is docs only.
Deliberately left out of this PR:
packages/ca-certificates/distrust.txtcomments. It is a build input ofca-certificates, so editing even a comment rebuilds it and its whole closure.
