fix(rpc): carry the proxy-down cause beside the answerer state - #2100

The answerer-status verb answered the proxy-down cause in place of the answerer's own state, so a hostname proxy that was down or whose publish was unconfirmed made the CLI drop the ZONE ANSWERER row and skip the native-DNS probe: the cause named the proxy while the answerer's facts vanished. The reply now carries the two facts as siblings: the answerer state rides flat where every reader of the verb looks for it, and the proxy-down port and cause ride an optional proxy_down key beside it. The CLI renders the answerer line from the answerer field, prints the cause on a HOSTNAME PROXY row of its own, and runs the answerer's detection and liveness reads even while the proxy is down. The old substituting shape still parses, for daemons that predate the sibling. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

… cause When the answerer-status reply carries a proxy_down sibling, min ls no longer prints a 'listening on' HOSTNAME PROXY row beside the cause row, and the NAME SURFACE line at ls and at session start no longer says the proxy still serves or routes on the reported port. Also pins that an older client decodes the new reply's status payload, ignoring the sibling key.

A Proxy surface verdict beside a proxy-down sibling now folds into the cause-naming ProxyNotServing surface, and the standalone cause line prints only beside a Native verdict or no verdict, at session start and in both min ls forms. Session start no longer prints its listening-on line for a proxy the VM host daemon reports down, and the pre-acquisition arm no longer prints the cause twice. An unknown proxy-down cause from a newer daemon now decodes as no sibling instead of failing the whole status.

The answerer-status verb answered a proxy-down cause in place of the answerer's own state, so a down or unconfirmed hostname proxy made the CLI drop the ZONE ANSWERER row and skip the native-DNS probe. The status reply now carries the two facts as siblings: the answerer state rides flat where every reader of the verb looks for it, and the proxy-down port and cause ride an optional

The old substituting shape still parses, for daemons that predate the sibling. Session start prints the answerer line and, when the reply carries a cause, the cause line beneath it, and reaches for a proxy-only verdict only when the answerer itself is undecided.Verification
