fix(minimald): elect one holder for a shared ingress port by creation order - #2185
Conversation
… order Several own-address boxes can declare one ingress port at a shared loopback address. The first to publish holds the port and the others yield it. When the holder was destroyed, every yielding box became the holder of record at once, and after a daemon restart the port could go to a different box than the one that held it before. The name registry now keeps one holder per address and port. A standing holder keeps the port. When its publish is withdrawn, leaves the address or stops naming the port, the lowest session id still publishing it takes over, and the other boxes report that box as the holder. The session id is a UUIDv7, so that is the box created earliest. Withdrawing a publish returns the hand-overs it made. The destroy path logs them; binding the new holder's forward on a running box is not part of this change, so the port is bound at that box's next attach. Resuming sessions at daemon start and the registry's address sweeps now run in session id order, so a restart elects the same holder.

unpublish_own_addressis public from the publicnet::dnsmodule, but its documentation says callers bind returned forwards. The production caller only logs the handovers, and the new holder binds its forward at its next attach. Update the comment to describe the implemented behavior.Suggested fix

Both points addressed: the box that bound a shared port now keeps it across a restart via the recorded bound_ports, and the hand-over elects a running box before a stopped one; thanks.

What
When several own-address boxes on one shared address publish the same ingress port, the name registry now keeps exactly one holder for it, elects the next one deterministically, and keeps the port with the box that was serving it across a daemon restart.
Why
The first box to publish a shared-address port forwards it and later boxes yield. When the holder was destroyed, every yielder became holder of record at once, and none was told who held the port. After a daemon restart the port could go to a different box, because sessions resume in store-key order, which is not creation order, and because the registry is rebuilt from scratch and did not know which box had been serving the port.
Changes
net/dns.rs: one holder per(address, port). A standing holder keeps the port while its publish stands. When its publish is withdrawn, leaves the address or stops naming the port, the lowestSessionIdstill publishing it becomes holder, a box whose host is running before one whose host is stopped, and the other boxes read that box as the holder. The election is not re-run when a box stops or starts.unpublish_own_addressreturns the hand-overs it made.net/dns.rs,session.rs,sessionscrate: each host launch marks the ports its box holds as bound and records them on the session record (bound_ports, omitted when empty). At a box's first publish after a daemon start the record is read back, and the box takes each port it had bound from a holder that has bound nothing. A holder that has bound the port is never displaced.sessions.rs:resume_active_sessionsresumes inSessionIdorder; the address sweeps return in id order. This order decides the holder only among boxes none of which bound the port before the restart.session.rs: each hand-over is logged at info. No rebind is made here. Not in this change
