Fix the previous-line dangling-operator check so it does not treat the current first line as its own predecessor when indentation starts at end of line. This prevents indentation from looping on an incomplete first-line expression, such as an Org source block.
Add a regression test for indentation of a first-line expression ending in a dangling operator.
Fixes #448.
Validated with Emacs 30.2: 32 ERT tests passed.
