/auth/me answers toured_at (None until the tour is finished or skipped) and POST /auth/me/tour records it once. A tour-seen upgrade step marks everyone who had already signed in, so only new people get the tour. Nothing changes on screen yet. This is the first of two PRs for a first-sign-in welcome tour that leads new people to the assistant and the charts (Reports).
GET /auth/menow answerstoured_at: empty until the person finishes or skips the tour.POST /auth/me/tourrecords it. Repeating it keeps the first time; API tokens with read scope get 403.tour-seenupgrade step marks everyone who had already signed in, so existing users never see the tour. Only people who sign in for the first time after the upgrade do.make openapi.Motivation and Context
Keeping the flag on the account means the tour shows once per person, not once per browser.
