Before: since M9.17 a grant counts only as the human's typed line (confirm <id> <code>), but only CONFIRM_MISSION's hand-off printed that line. CONFIRM_BASELINE and ASK_CONSENT said what the human decides, not what they type, so the line appeared only if the model happened to run the grant command first. /aloop:mission also still told the supervisor to wait for "their explicit yes" before running it, so each grant cost two human turns, and a headless relay (the live M9.13 run) had nothing to scrape.

After: every grant hand-off names the line the human types and the command that then records it:

CONFIRM_BASELINE baseline bln_… is measured: … the definition of best: the human replies `confirm bln_… 1a2b3c4d`, then `aloop mission baseline confirm bln_… --by NAME`
ASK_CONSENT goal gol_… is in an ethical gray area: … (the human replies `consent gol_… 9f8e7d6c`, then `aloop mission ethics consent --subject gol_… --by NAME --reason TEXT`)

The code is the one the grant's provenance checks (M.code(M.digest(doc))), so relaying the hand-off is enough. The skill's CONFIRM_MISSION, CONFIRM_BASELINE and ASK_CONSENT rows now relay that line and run the command once the human has typed it.

How:

  • tick.py: reply() and confirm_line() build the line for the first and replacement baselines and for mission and goal consents.
  • SKILL.md: the three rows and "Setting a mission" relay the line; no row waits for a yes in other words.
  • ROADMAP gap items from designing the live run: M9.44 (no re-measure between a goal's sprints), M9.45 (no persona writes a journey's runner), M9.46 (mission due records a human tick but is listed read-only for roles).
  • Not here: the bare aloop mission assess/evaluate scope hole, because Mission role gates: rounds 3 and 4 review fixes (M9.9, M9.42) #92 already closes it ("a builder cannot run a writing mission evaluate or assess").
  • Overlap: Lifting a mission block is the human's typed line, kept in the ledger (M9.51) #93 (M9.51) also edits tick.py, SKILL.md and mission-skill.test.py; whichever lands second merges.

Evidence

  • mission-tick.test.py (29 checks): the human types the line taken from tick's own hand-off, and the command it names records the grant, for the first baseline, a looser replacement baseline, a mission consent and a goal consent. It failed on master with "CONFIRM_BASELINE names no reply line".
  • mission-skill.test.py (8 checks): each grant row relays <verb> <id> <code>, says "typed", and never waits for a yes. It failed on master.
  • mission-e2e.test.py (8 checks): the baseline confirm and the budget re-approval are typed from tick's hand-off.
  • All 15 mission-*.test.py suites, check-tracking (86 requirements) and make pycheck json version-check pass locally.

Generated by Claude Code

CONFIRM_BASELINE and ASK_CONSENT now print `confirm <id> <code>` /
`consent <id> <code>` (the code the grant's provenance checks) and the
command that records it, like CONFIRM_MISSION. /aloop:mission relays that
line instead of waiting for a yes in other words. ROADMAP gains M9.44-46
from the live-run design.
