Olivier Chancé shared thisOpio comes out of stealth today 🚀 One year ago, Tristan Fulchiron and I set out to build the best AI product for Transaction Services teams. It started with the two of us and countless conversations with deal teams. Then an exceptional team joined us, and I'm incredibly proud of what they've built since. We've had the privilege of building hand in hand with some of the best firms in the market, including Forvis Mazars and BDO. Their feedback has shaped Opio from day one. A huge thank you to Frst, GFC and Seedcamp, as well as our amazing angels, for believing in us and backing our Seed round. Everything is still ahead of us. The way audit and advisory firms work is about to change, and we intend to lead that shift. We're hiring across the board. If you want to help write what comes next, my DMs are open.

Olivier Chancé reacted on thisOlivier Chancé reacted on thisWho said due diligence had to mean three weeks buried in spreadsheets? Opio decided it didn't. Transaction Services teams spend most of their time doing the same thing: digging through a general ledger to find the story behind the numbers before an investment decision gets made. Opio built AI agents to do that work instead, reconciling the data and linking every insight back to its source, so nothing gets signed off on faith. But trust isn't just something you prove with an audit trail. It's something people feel before they even read it. That's what brand does. It tells the room you can be trusted with the decision before a single number gets checked. Here's what we built together: → A full brand identity, rebuilt from the ground up → A new website on Webflow → Marketing and sales assets Big thanks to Tristan, Nathan, Olivier and the whole Opio team for the trust 🙌 And a big s/o to the KLIMB team for the work. While other areas of professional services have had their AI moment, transaction services have lagged behind. But as AI grows increasingly capable of handling financial data, it's clear that the moment is now - and that's why we're proud to have taken part in Opio's €4 million first round, alongside Frst and Global Founders Capital. Opio automates the collection and verification of a company's financial data. It's already freeing up 27% of transaction services professionals' time, with first customers including Forvis Mazars Group and BDO. Founders Tristan Fulchiron and Olivier Chancé are both engineers by training. Tristan spent a decade leading digital modernisation projects for France's Ministry of Defence and Interior Ministry. One of his early project allowed French citizens to file police reports online for the first time. Angel investors include Arthur Waller (co-founder & CEO, Pennylane) and Stanislas Polu (co-founder, Dust), alongside former HSBC, Deutsche Bank and KKR staff. Sia Houchangnia, Partner at Seedcamp: "Financial due diligence is a natural fit for AI, but only if every output is accurate and auditable. Opio has built for that reality from day one, giving transaction services teams reconciled, source-linked analysis they can trust. Tristan and Olivier are exceptional founders who have assembled an outstanding early team around them, and their traction with some of the industry's leading firms speaks for itself." For the last two years, SaaS teams shipped AI capabilities faster than pricing and packaging could keep up. But 2025 marked a turning point — the monetization gap started to close. And the data shows a clear shift in how SaaS companies are adapting. In the PricingSaaS Trends Report (Q1 2026), we analyzed pricing, packaging, and product changes across 498 SaaS companies. The highlights: 1️⃣ Change is now the default Pricing pages aren’t staying static anymore — packaging events were up +21% YoY, product events +16%, and pricing events +15%. 2️⃣ Structure mattered more than price The most common move wasn’t raising prices — it was restructuring around consumption, credits, and hybrid models. 3️⃣ Credit-based pricing went mainstream Credit model adoption grew +126% YoY, offering a flexible way to monetize AI while staying finance-friendly. 4️⃣ Packaging is moving faster than pricing New plans, add-ons, thresholds, and usage limits became the quickest lever to adapt to evolving AI use cases. 5️⃣ Metrics are evolving Companies are shifting value measurement from seats and time → tokens, sessions, workflows. 6️⃣ AI moved into the core product Late 2025 saw AI features shift from gated add-ons into core plans — alongside the rise of agentic workflows. 👉 Swipe through the carousel for the key insights. And if you want the full dataset + company examples, check out the complete report at PricingSaaS.com/reports.

Big News: Stellar is launching a benchmark on Product development speed and quality. Here’s why I’m fully backing this initiative: One major weakness in many French companies: their execution speed. And speed matters for everyone: - Business - Finance - Marketing - HR But also for Product and Tech. And it’s even more critical because everyone in a tech company depends on Product. When a company ships fast, it: -Fixes bugs more quickly -Gains an edge over competitors -Collects feedback faster -Tests new ideas more rapidly Yet, more than 50% of French companies don’t deploy to production every week. And while there are exceptions, most companies should be doing it. This is a shared belief among all the CPOs at Stellar (co-founded by Timothe Frin from the Clef de voûte podcast). When Timothé and David created Stellar, they wanted to help leaders ship faster. So they came up with an idea: A benchmark on Product development speed – based on data from 110+ companies. The goal? To help Tech C-levels understand where their Product org stands. After 3 months of work, Stellar is launching its benchmark. Inside, you’ll find: -A system to measure Product development speed -Data from 110+ companies on speed and quality -Key indicators to assess Product quality -The 10 best-performing companies You are a C-level and want access to the benchmark? 👉 Get it here (100% free): https://lnkd.in/eXdTtp8x

🇫🇷 Actionable has raised $10m to expand its platform that transforms customer data into behavioural predictions for enterprise clients. Founders Nicolas Rieul and Nans ⚡️ THOMAS launched the French startup to address the low response rates and limited data found in traditional satisfaction surveys. The platform integrates CRM information with operational data like retail waiting times and transport delays to create contextual customer models. By automating the reconstruction of customer journeys, the software reduces complex data engineering tasks that typically take months down to a few days. 🚀 The $10m funding round was led by Hi inov - Dentressangle with participation from existing investor Axeleo Capital. 🚀 Actionable generates predictions for customer churn, complaint risk, and repeat purchase likelihood across industries like financial services and telecoms. 🚀 The company plans to use the capital to expand its product and sales teams while facilitating entry into the US market. 🚀 A new AI agent called Actionable Intelligence allows businesses to perform contextual analysis without losing industry-specific definitions. 🚀 The technology serves a wide range of sectors including automotive, energy, insurance, and retail. Fantastic to see the Actionable team scaling their operations to help businesses better understand their customer journeys.

For retail precincts operating in stable markets, growth happens at the margins. Loculyze was created to give asset teams the insight needed to identify — and act on — those opportunities. In this example we use Loculyze's probabilistic AI-models acting on mobile signal data from Azira to understand same-day cross visits at Westfield Tea Tree, both as routes to the centre and as cross-visits to surrounding commercial and public buildings. The importance of the O-Bahn bus interchange is clear, with around 5% of the centre’s daily customers also using the station. However, there’s a clear disconnect with the dedicated Park ‘n Ride facility: fewer than 0.5% of users are seen visiting the centre on the same day. The lesson? It’s not enough to have a transport hub — parking proximity matters. After a long day, convenience matters more than ever. The nearby hospital is also a weak contributor of customers, not helped by the six-lane arterial road and vast car parks separating it from the centre. In the South Australian sun, your flowers would be wilted and your Californian rolls long past their best before you made it back. The lesson? Its not enough to be surrounded by large public and commercial hubs, you also need great connectivity. What is impacting the centre is notable same-day usage with Anaconda and JB Hi-Fi on Smart Road, and Pelican Plaza to the north, anchored by Chemist Warehouse, Cheesecake Shop, takeaway, and medical services. Westfield Tea Tree already has both JB Hi-Fi and Chemist Warehouse — perhaps there’s a case to be made for finding room for a BCF and Cheesecake Shop too? On a personal note: I started my retail career by stacking shelves at Big W, Westfield Tea Tree — so it’s always nice to return home.
