Opio raised €4 million in its first funding round from Frst, Seedcamp and Global Founders Capital to automate financial due diligence, cutting transaction services professionals’ time by 27%. Founded by Tristan Fulchiron and Olivier Chancé, Opio is used by Forvis Mazars Group and BDO across 15 countries. AI has transformed what software can do. It has not yet transformed how financial due diligence gets done. Opio is the AI-native operating system for financial due diligence. AI agents execute complete workflows under built-in controls, and professionals step in wherever judgment is required. Teams get the leverage of frontier AI without having to build the operating layer or give up ownership of the conclusion. Transaction Services teams in 15 countries already run live engagements on Opio, including at Forvis Mazars and BDO. Financial due diligence is our first step.
