La réponse de Difmark ne traite toujours pas le problème principal.

L’annonce mentionnait l’utilisation d’un proxy et l’activation directement dans Kaspersky, mais **elle n’indiquait pas que l’abonnement serait associé à un compte My Kaspersky tiers (ang******@boyanfdw.live)** que je ne possède pas et ne contrôle pas.

J’ai suivi toutes les instructions et testé deux clés. J’ai ensuite essayé d’ouvrir un litige avant la validation automatique de la commande, mais **le système de réclamation de Difmark ne fonctionnait pas** : mes preuves étaient téléchargées, mais le bouton « CONTINUEZ » ne fonctionnait pas et la page du support restait blanche. J’ai conservé les captures d’écran.

Malgré cela, Difmark défend la position du vendeur et me demande de continuer à tester d’autres clés au lieu de traiter ma demande de remboursement.

Je ne peux pas affirmer ce qui se passe en interne entre Difmark et le vendeur, mais **mon expérience me donne clairement l’impression que le vendeur est davantage protégé que le client**.

J’ai toutes les preuves : captures Kaspersky, compte tiers, conversations avec le vendeur, demande de remboursement et dysfonctionnement du système de litige.

Difmark's response still does not address the main issue.

The listing mentioned proxy activation and direct activation in Kaspersky, but it **did not disclose that the subscription would be associated with a third-party My Kaspersky account (ang******@boyanfdw.live)** that I do not own or control.

I followed all instructions and tested two keys. I then tried to open a dispute before the automatic completion deadline, but **Difmark's dispute system did not work**: my evidence was uploaded, but the “CONTINUE” button did not work and the support page remained blank. I have screenshots documenting this.

Despite this, Difmark continues to defend the seller's position and asks me to keep testing more keys instead of addressing my refund request.

I cannot claim what happens internally between Difmark and the seller, but **my experience gives me the clear impression that the seller is being protected more than the customer**.

I have evidence of everything: Kaspersky screenshots, the third-party account, conversations with the seller, my refund request, and the malfunctioning dispute system.

我按照卖家的全部要求操作，并测试了两个不同的密钥。之后，我在订单自动确认期限结束之前尝试提交争议，但 **Difmark 的争议系统无法正常工作**：证据已经成功上传，但是“CONTINUE”按钮无法使用，客服页面也一直显示空白。我保留了相关截图作为证据。

尽管如此，Difmark 仍然在维护卖家的立场，并要求我继续测试更多密钥，而没有真正处理我的退款请求。

我无法断言 Difmark 与卖家内部之间存在什么关系，但是**根据我的实际经历，我明显感觉卖家得到的保护比消费者更多**。

我保留了完整证据，包括 Kaspersky 截图、第三方账户信息、与卖家的聊天记录、退款请求以及 Difmark 争议系统无法正常工作的截图。
