Originally I would have scored them a 3 due to an issue with an emergency prescription last year, but I have to say they’ve really taken onboard what I said.
You can now request an emergency prescription be put back into the NHS system, so that you can pick up your script from any pharmacy and not need to wait for standard delivery or pay for express delivery.
This has been a journey, but we’ve both learnt from each other and others.
I hope they keep up the good work and continue to grow.
