Following this company's comment on my initial review advising me of their technical issues, I decided to give them a second chance. So again, I contacted them through their contact form (which is the only way of contacting them) a week ago and continue to not receive a reply. Maybe if this company continually experience tech issues then they need to set up an email address rather than a contact form that doesn't work. My questions were regarding setting up an account which would make them money, it's funny they don't seem keen to encourage this!
