Terrible customer service. Explained to staff member on phone what I needed. No clue just transferrin me around in circles. Not great at all.
Someone took the time to call me from UT Bank she was very good and admitted this was a problem that they are working to rectify . My reviews about UT are now 5 star ,

Reinvesting, opening a new account and receiving confirmation of funds was quick, straightforward, and seamless. The process was easy to navigate, with regular updates via text and emails from our ever helpful Relationship Support Manager, Olivia.

Simple way of getting higher interest on business savings
This seems to be a simple way of getting good interest on savings in a business account without having to switch the business current account or pay a fee.
The web pages are very basic and there is no mobile app. It was unclear why, for a flexible account, they wanted to know up front how much I was depositing but I was able to deposit more and withdraw at will so it seems OK.
I remain unclear as to when I will be shown interest accrued. Text implies this is only shown annually. Let's see.

Since I took out an account with UTB…
Since I took out an account with UTB I’ve not had to contact them except for my annual statement and an amendment. All completed without issue so currently I would give a 5 star everything completed with ease.
