Very disappointing. Another subscription service scam. Had over £100 taken from my account without warning. Was given no opportunity to confirm I still want the kit and confirm my details (I have moved house). Clearly a deliberate decision on the company's part not to notify customers in advance to reduce the amount of cancellations- i.e. a underhand and dishonest tactic.

Apparently I will only get a partial refund now according to the terms.

Great service, everything arrived quickly. The instructions were detailed, but worked well.

Their website is so easy to navigate. I literally just put my info in and did a small questionnaire and they had a list of recommended tests for me straightaway. When I sent my samples off, the results also came to me so quickly!! Along with the results, they also comment on where I need improvements on and how to do it. It is so helpful. But the best thing is the blood kit they send which is so easy to use - I didn't feel any pain at all.

Been using for 5/6 years now. Was reasonable at first, but it is getting too expensive now. Wish my wages had gone up at the same rate.
The finger prick works best for me.
Plenty of water. Body weight squats to elevate heart rate. Hand in a warm/hot bowl of water.
It's a shame they're pricing is now moving beyond me, but not a bad service if you can afford it.

I think tests are good and process is good and speedy, but the amount of biomarkers check you get for the money is not as good as in other providers
