We’ve used lovey for various borrowing on loans and assets over the last 3 years and they’ve been fantastic with communication, everything is always explained and understood clearly so you know what you want and what you’re paying for. Eamon recently and previous staff we’ve dealt with were really helpful with any questions and support throughout. A fast service too all around which we all need in business as things move and when life is busy. Would definitely use again and recommend. Thanks again.

Russell was very helpful in terms of following up and making sure everything was completed. He kept calling and sending emails, even while I was on holiday and busy with my children and my business, and I do appreciate the effort he made to get everything sorted.
However, I wasn’t very happy with the way he sometimes responded to my emails. On a few occasions, I felt that his tone was quite rude and not as professional or polite as I would have expected. That is the main reason I have given him a rating of 3.
I previously dealt with someone from Lovey regarding my previous loan, and he was extremely helpful, professional and polite throughout. Compared with that experience, I unfortunately did not feel that Russell provided the same level of customer service. I appreciate his persistence and help, but I think the way he communicates with customers could be improved.

Made and enquiry with Lovey and Anmol…
Made and enquiry with Lovey and Anmol called . I sent all the documents he requested . Got back to me with more questions to which i answered immediately. Then heard nothing so i emailed Anmol and no response . Just emailed today again and no response again . Very unprofessional behaviour ... would not recommend . Luckily contacted funding circle and they were brilliant and received my funding same day . Dont waste your time with Lovey they are time wasters
