Marblism have not created 1 single lead for me and it is terrible un-organized and they keep on saying they used all my 50 hours, but I have "nothing". Seems like a scam? I tried to communicate and this AI have done nothing for my company and I have a very nice product and we have other sources creating leads for us everyday. Something is very wrong with this company and be aware.

Our organization’s experience with Marblism AI was not merely unsatisfactory — it was operationally damaging and approached catastrophic impact.

Despite the use of precise, optimized prompt language, Marblism AI produced outputs across multiple functional domains that were not only inaccurate but materially harmful. The most consequential failure involved a marketing campaign that publicly misrepresented our brand, resulted in significant financial losses, and required extensive, resource‑intensive remediation. The cumulative damage outweighed any advertised benefit and escalated to the threshold of potential legal action.

A full year of investment into this platform ultimately became a full year of corrective work. The promotional claims and high Trustpilot rating (4.8/5 at the time of our engagement) did not reflect the risks or the outcomes we experienced. While third‑party AI systems can offer value, they also carry the capacity for substantial operational disruption. In our case, Marblism AI hindered performance and profitable impact rather than enhancing either.

Organizations evaluating Marblism AI should proceed with extreme caution.
AI can accelerate business processes — or destabilize them.
Our experience aligned with the latter. Transparency and accountability are essential.

Should Marblism AI provide verifiable evidence of significant platform improvements, we may consider revisiting the platform and possibly revising our rating and review. Until such evidence is tangibly demonstrated, this remains a one‑star advisory.
