I recently ordered a hyperlight Pemi Fastpack. The order was complicated, largely because hyperlight was just beginning to ship product. Also, I contributed some confusion around sizing. From beginning to end The folks at White Mountain ski were fabulous; efficient, honest, patient, available, And dedicated to consumer satisfaction. Can’t remember the last time I had an experience with online ordering as good as this one. I give them my highest recommendation with absolutely no reservations. As an aside, the Pemi is absolutely absolutely fantastic!

I still have not received my order

Edit. Contacted by customer service in regard to review. Explained that I never received the item. Customer service while helpful offered to replace the missing item if i removed the bad review. Not the best approach and why I only update to a 4 star instead of 5. If they would have simply replaced the missing item and not tried to report my initial review as malicious I would give a 5. While the experience was rather pressuring from Andrew to remove or update the review....felt like that was more important than actually rectifying the issue....I am happy overall with the final outcome.

The single greatest experience I've ever had across any industry. Not just retail, literally anywhere. I have now placed two online orders, both have been quick and the products perfect. Each came with a handwritten postcard. The in store experience is above and beyond. They genuinely cared. They asked questions and took the time to figure out what I needed, instead of just trying to sell me something. They made sure I was comfortable and we chatted. We talked foams, laces, toe boxes, tongues, heel collars, and more. I was given an americano while I waited. We discussed training, past races, upcoming races, you name it. I struggle to find the words to explain the experience but it could not have been better. I immediately called my wife and kids to tell them about it, that's how greatly I was affected. This is the single best business I have ever come across and they have my loyalty when it comes to any product or service they offer. The world needs more of this and I hope they never change.
