Warmy has responded for customer service within a day. They answer questions and guide you as needed. For the price, a great option.

Excellent value for money for outbound automation

Warmysender is one of the most affordable and efficient outreach systems I’ve come across. For the price, you get a lot of functionality in one platform.
They offer unlimited WhatsApp outreach, email campaigns, email verification, and LinkedIn automation. The automation isn’t AI-powered, but it still gets the job done effectively.
What really stands out is the cost-to-value ratio. If you’re building your outbound or lead-generation system on a budget, Warmysender gives you a lot of useful features without having to spend heavily on multiple tools.
I’d definitely recommend it to founders, sales teams, and anyone looking to build an efficient outreach system

Thre software and the support amazing

Thre software is great and the support is outstanding. I really liked to be able to contact support and even the owner for troubles and corrections. There are some things that still need to adjust but right now is a 10/10 software in price/quality

Nothing works in their website

Nothing works in their website, the warmup tool will ruin your domain because the warmup itself has 11%+ bounce rate. how? I have no idea, they will put your inbox in their warmup pool and all of the emails in that warmup pool are dead, so it's not going to warmup your inbox it will ruin it's reputation.

the second thing is their verification tool, I verified the emails and then I sent a campaign and got 10%+ hard bounce. this is not a verification tool it's a guessing tool.

the third thing is their data base, 50-70% of thieri data base is dead emails, even the remaining when you verify them and send the messages you'll get 10% bounce rate.

finally, after all of this, I requested a refund and they completely stopped answering my emails!!!!!!!!!

First, the most important point: your refund has been processed in full, so that side is fully taken care of.

On the warmup and verification results you described - those numbers aren't typical of what our customers see, and they aren't what we'd expect from your setup either. Deliverability depends on a lot of factors, and rather than leave it at guesswork, we'd genuinely welcome the chance to look at your specific mailboxes and lists with you. We're confident the picture looks different once we get into the details.

Beware.

I have used their services for warming up my domain, every single emails I have sent for the past 24 hours had a "delivery incomplete" error. Beware.

"Delivery incomplete" on every message across 24 hours almost always points to a mailbox connection or authentication issue on the sending side rather than the warmup pool, and it's quick for us to pinpoint once we can see the account. Dangerous bugs, dismissive support, zero refund

This tool actively put my business at risk. It blew past my LinkedIn daily sending limit — 33 messages sent against a limit of 20 — because they were making undisclosed backend changes while users were live in the app. One wrong message reaching the wrong person could have damaged my LinkedIn account and brand permanently. The app had been live for just two months, and it showed: broken personalisation variables, LinkedIn campaigns routing to the wrong channel, a leads database that kept failing, and bounce rates not being recorded at all.
When I raised these issues, support took days to respond despite advertising 24-hour turnaround. No apology was ever offered — just blame shifted to “cache issues” and “backend changes.”
I requested a full refund. Refused. They cancelled my subscription and kept the money. A company that sells itself on protecting your outreach reputation while quietly breaking your sending limits and then refusing accountability deserves exactly this rating.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
