World Wide Stereo Avis 

Recent purchase of a Denon receiver
that was a return not a refurb advertised on Ebay as being fully functional with no defects. Turned out World Wide Stereo lied and I was sent a lemon! I sent back for repair to Denon and returned supposedly repaired but had new defects that wern't addressed. This company is truly deceitful and not to be trusted.
I had to file a charge back in order to get a refund. Received threats from World Wide stating they would ban me Denon and Ebay. Very nasty!

It was the second time I ordered a McIntosh product from them first time RS-250 no issues. I got an RS-150 & out of the box it would not connect to bluetooth on my iphone or Astell & Kern or Walkman.
They were not very nice on the phone, blamed me & made me pay return shipping.
I will never buy from them again.

I ordered a JBL BAR 1000xMK2 Speaker system from World Wide Stereo. I also ordered an extended warranty. I received a FedEx shipping Label confirmation and expected delivery date.
Two days later they cancelled the order due to a pricing error. Not the experience I expected.

During my chat with Ira S, I got all info an unswers to my questions. She was very helpful and professional.

The entire process is flawless. I ordered a sound bar system online and then quickly realized I wanted to upgrade that system. WWS made the process easy. The communication and follow up and was amazing. They helped me navigate the process and got me exactly what I needed. An amazing team and an amazing product. I will definitely be using World Wide Stereo for all my home needs. Thanks so much

My experience began at the Montgomeryville showroom with Dave. He guided me through a variety of options for a new TV/Headset. He was very helpful and professional.

I have been a World Wide stereo customer for 35 years. I have never been disappointed! In an age where customer service has fallen by the wayside, World Wide Stereo continues to provide excellent customer service. Today I needed a new Amplifier and Mario was so helpful, no pressure at all. He asked about what I wanted, my price range, and he gave me options. After being able to listen to the options, I picked and amplifier I am very happy with. Thank you so much Mario and World Wide Stereo.

Very good customer service and great product

Would have given them five stars, but item was delayed and I had to be the one that would reach out to see what was happening, twice. If the order doesnt ship as expected, send the consumer some acknowledgment to provide peace of mind. I ordered late Sept and received item begining of Nov.
