Very friendly and knowledgeable… gave me a few good ‘food / drink tips’

The service was fantastic and significantly improved how I feel, resulting in less bloating. Within 48 hours of reintroducing foods I had previously eliminated due to intolerance, I felt great.

Everything was clearly explained and blood test was easy to do.
Results came back quickly and were easy to understand. Received lots of support materials to help me adjust my diet.
Oliver my nutritionalist was very helpful. Made suggestions and answered any questions I had the sent extra information.

Good experience from start to finish Kieran was very knowledgeable and supplied me with everything I need moving forward.

Really pleased I took the blood test. Had a very in depth chat with Jasmine Sostand, my nutritionist, regarding my food allergy results and what I can do to make changes. She also offered other avenues of interest which may help me. The best thing was she helped me realise that there are some nice alternatives out there too, so not so much of the doom and gloom I might have anticipated. She has also continued to offer her support to me and I can contact her directly. I have also been provided with a meal plan to get me started. Supply Life customer services were also extremely helpful to me when I needed to contact them too, Thank you Jasmine and Supply Life!

Test was easy (if a bit messy) to do, but the results are excellent and really interesting. Post-results catch up with the consultant, Joanna, was useful as well. She was very calm, and had good explanations about how to move forward in a world without milk products! Thanks :)

The results and meal plan helped to understand some of my symptoms. The Dietician calls you too and explains what foods you should cut back on and how.
All in all I'm glad I bought the test kit.

Having taken the test with no symptoms I expected a cleanish slate but 50+ 'intolerances' came back. The first call didn't happen because the agent was on holiday and having booked a second call the agent couldn't credibly explain why the results were the way they were. I do understand now from online reading that IgG results can be misleading and that the ASA has upheld complaints against the claims made. I feel duped by the claims made before purchasing and confused about why the results came back the way they did. Would welcome a more detailed conversation.

The process is simple and results are sent out quickly.
I found the follow up call by a dietician very helpful.
All in all its well worth doing if you want to understand which foods you are sensitive to.

This service is great. I have found that I have quite a few food sensitivities. I want to make sure I don’t be one completely intolerant of some foods - so I’ll be excluding all my red and yellow foods.
