Stryde Avis 

I have tried many different patella straps and the strydes are far and above any others in relieving knee pain. I have had no problems in dealing with the company.

Cheap Temu rubbish! They are very uncomfortable, hurt the back of your knee, do not buy from these guys

Ordered the double packet of two bands when checked the confirmation email sent to me they had included another packet charging me anther £23 I immediately emailed them about this asking for a refund and to not sent me second order. Have never received a reply and received both orders. Will never deal with this company again. Seems as all companies in China and Hong Kong can do what they like to scam people

Received two of the Stryde straps and they are useless, one does not even fit my leg. The company does not honour the 60 money back guarantee. Avoid these scammers

I see the Stryde advertised on instagram. I have had problems with my right knee for years but has gradually become more of a problem the last 6months. Getting on and off pavements, any uneven surfaces , having to hold onto something to get over the step into the house even. Was told a month ago I have osteoarthritis but knee replacement further down the line maybe ? I have lymphoedema in my legs so thought these straps aren’t going to fit around my knee. Told my daughter about stryde as she dislocated her knee 2yrs ago and waited 4hrs on the floor for paramedics who then put it back in place. Should of been done hours sooner but not much one could do about that.. She ordered the stryde as she gets times when it plays up after work . They did take over 2wks to arrive and had to chase them up , but instant relief when worn and best money she has spent. Wears it all day under trousers no sweating or irritation she is well happy. So I ordered them and thought well I can pass them to her if not for me. Ordered and came within a week ! Fitted around my knee no problem and is an absolute game changer , I can get off the chair without holding on to something and walk straight away, not standing for 5 minutes dreading moving, in and out over the step no problem 😳 . I wear it all day and don’t know it’s there ,I was very sceptical but less so due to my daughters verdict so went for it ! And so glad I did as I am a lot more mobile the last few days due to this stryde. All I wanted to do was sit in the chair as moving was a nightmare . Not anymore thanks to this ingenious strap and now able to do the exercises given from physio. No way could I do them before . I can’t believe the negative reviews ?

Just another unscrupulous company taking advantage of people who need relief from pain. You’d be better off tying your old socks around your knees for support than these ridiculous things. These people should be jailed and i’m not sure why they are allowed to sell such a thing.

This company are liars and cheats. They sell the product with a promise of easy full refunds. Nothing could be further from the truth. My straps did not fit my legs wouldn't go round them. I have been chasing their promised easy refund since 18th August.Some dozen emails later they are still failing to honour their promises. They prevaricate, keep offering partial refunds, what a load of con artists. DO NOT BUY from this load of shysters. Shame on them.

I was sceptical about the whole idea of an under knee strap helping so bought a cheap one on Amazon to test the idea.
I couldn't believe how good it was but the strap was flimsy and I couldn't see the cheap velcro even lasting my holiday. So I ordered a pair of Stryde straps confident this was the way ahead. Guess what? The Stryde straps were identical to the cheap and nasty one. In every way. I was so disappointed in the quality of the Stryde product. 🤬
Incidently any negative posts you make on their Facebook page are automatically taken down so all the reviews look glowing.

These arrived in plain packaging and had no branding. Nothing like the advert and it was hard cheap plastic. They looked like they had come from TEMU for £1 not £40 that I had paid for 2 sets. Asked for a full refund immediately. Reply took over 3 days and they offered me 25% discount rather than a refund. I refused this and stated I wanted a full refund. Yet again another few days passed with no reply and then I get a reply offering me 50% discount. This is totally unacceptable. Their returns policy is full refund within 30 days. They try everything to not give you a refund. I got my money back via the credit card company by raising a payment dispute.

The product I received looks nothing like the product in the ad. The product obviously was made in China. The silver buckles that hold the straps in place are made of cheap plastic, and the pad itself is also cheap rubber. Where's the branding that is displayed on the ad? I think the $44.90 that I paid for this product is a total rip-off.

Been wearing mine for two weeks now...two weeks walking the dog without a stick..slopes are some much more easier...still take care on steps,but much improved confidence

Scam don’t buy from trying to return cheat made item but keep being ignored

Absolute rubbish, a very poor experience and people to deal with, the products purchased were underwritten by 100% moneyback guarantee, however, the items basically did not do as they said on the tin!.
Attempted return, no reply to any contact, once contact was made an offer of 25% of the original purchase price was refunded and an offer made to keep the products which were of no use to man or beast, (they stole and caught us for 75% of the purchase price).
Clearly, not be trusted, would not recommend as a reputable, seller or company and advise to stay away, terrible experience. Absolutely rubbish

This was absolutely ridiculous. I've been waiting for fifteen days for my goods, it was allegedly being sent by Evri and now Evri are saying that I requested the goods to be sent back to the supplier. This is not true!! I wanted these knee supports and now I don't know where they are or if I'll get my money back

Sent item is not as advertised, more than likely a cheap Chinese copy..
Raised issues, was given some excuse about changing production which is why I received a fake and no instructions etc but nothing since.

Purchased buy one get one free direct from Stryde after reading some positive reviews, the straps I ordered had the Stryde logo printed on the front of the strap but the ones I received after what seemed like an eternity have no logo on them , they seem more like the ones from an auction site beginning with E.
For the best part of thirty quid I'm certainly not impressed with the quality.
They do absolutely zero for my knee pain, beware when buying!.

I purchased this item from a major online retailer. I was surprised that it was sent from China. It arrived after almost 2 weeks in a poly packet with the items in two card boxes inside. These were so basic with no namestyle of the company that made me feel they may be fake. There were no instructions for use, no instructions on cleaning this for hygenic purposes. The quality looked poor. I gave it a try, it made the area beneath it very sweaty. Having, albeit late, read some reviews I was concerned and contacted the retailer to share my experience.

Just like other complaints...
1. Was led to believe this was coming from a UK company then discovered it was China would never had ordered if that had been made clear.
2. No box as shown on the advert just a cheap jiffy bag and no instructions.
3. Looks like cheap rubbish tbh not worth the £30 paid
4. Don't waste you time or money on this item

This is most definitely a scam. Sub standard item sent- no logo on. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise these products.

I’m nearly 80 years old, so I have a lifetime of experience and can say STAY AWAY from this company. I wanted to return the unopened packaged straps for a refund, so I requested the return information/mailing address several times. Rather than providing the return information I requested several times, all I got was a runaround requesting the same information over and over again. So much for their bs no questions asked return policy. I’m thinking of blowing up this fkng company. Does anyone know where their U.S.Offices are located?
