Serenity Ring Avis 

I ordered the ring and it was way too big and completely not adjustable. I contacted the CS and they replied me saying I could return for refund. I covered for the shipping cost and they provided me an address for return. However the shipping company I was using told me the recipient refused to accept the delivery and hence the product is now on hold with the shipping company. I tried reaching out to Calmi again for correct address and they never replied to me. DO NOT buy their product! Its a waste of time and just not worth your money at all.

I was very sceptical about trying this jewellery but it’s safe to say it’s the best decision I’ve made. My anxiety is so much more manageable I feel back in control of me. Also an added bonus my snacking has reduced so much.
It’s a win win.

The rings do not fit and tarnish quickly and the magnets fall out or gouge into your finger. Contacting the company for their so called guarantee does not work ive sent several emails over three months and still have yet to hear from thrm 0 stars in my opinion

Don’t waste your money, I bought this in the hopes of getting a better nights sleep but that hasn’t worked, to reduce my stress levels but that didn’t work either. Very disappointed

Never received it ! No customer service it’s says 24/7 no one can be reached. They don’t reply for my refund request. It is a big scam !!!!
Save your money. Same product next day deliver for 5£ on amazon not 40£

I ordered a ring on 3rd Feb 2026 and have received no information on delivery or indeed the status of my order despite sending 2 emails…..a rubbish experience

If you have bigger fingers then a size n don't get it! Reason is to return it is a nightmare and the customer service is RUBBISH. Purchased the 27th December received only 14th January. Realised it doesn't fit my finger as you can't adjust it too much. No measurements on the website. Took till February to get an answer. Sent it back to the chinese address provided but been advised is cannot be delivered due to address being incorrect. So now I'm down £40 and have heard nothing back from my email I sent 2 weeks ago.

Overpriced and misleading.
Cheap metal rings stamped with “Calmi,” oversized and not truly adjustable.
Customer service took 3 days to respond when I tried to cancel just hours after ordering.
The app requires a paid subscription, and they make you pay for return shipping if you want a refund.
Honestly, it feels like a marketing gimmick, not a real product.

I have bought 4 rings and a bracelet, thinking it would help myself and a few as gifts for friends who were hoping for good results. But two of the rings have already lost magnets. I informed the company once the second one lost a magnet and the other was loose but still on the ring, just not in place. They acted shocked and wanted photos, I provided photos, they said they would send a replacement ring…. This was months ago, I have never received anything, I have asked about this replacement again, with no response. I didn’t see results from the ring but would have liked to have had a better experience after the ring fell apart. No one that I have given these to has had any change, just more that the magnets fell out.

Failed delivery over 100 miles away from delivery/ billing address. They do not respond from any contact. Have had to apply for refund through the bank.
From my experience, nothing more than a scam

Bought 2 on promo, it took them ages to dispatch and ages to deliver. One of the rings - silver - seems ok, but it's very light - if there are really 4 magnets there - it should be a little bit heavier I think. Black ring is even lighter and thinner than the silver one. I'm not convinced that I have purchased the real thing. On their website rings look so much thicker, sturdier and prettier. I was disappointed when I recived mine. Emailed my calmi twice about my concerns - no answer. They are still sending me marketing emails!

Brought 2 of these rings . 1 for me , 1 for my sister. Had it for a month now . Can’t say I’ve noticed any change / difference/ benefit from wearing it . Started to tarnish as well . Quite hard to adjust the size as well . Waste of money.

Bought a set of 2 rings direct from Calmi. They took a while to arrive as they ship from China (which is not obvious when you purchase) and they don’t fit! As the metal is very thick, although they claim to be adjustable, they’re really not! I’ve been unable to squeeze mine to fit smaller fingers so they are completely useless! I emailed to ask for advice or ability to return and have heard nothing. If you have small to medium fingers, I wouldn’t advise purchasing ! ( I will update if I get any response from Calmi but feel this is unlikely….purchase with caution!)

I have tried this ring don’t work waste of money

I bought my Calmi ring about four months ago. It took about three weeks to arrive.
I’ve worn it every day since I received it and haven’t noticed any change in sleep which was my main goal. Furthermore, the ring is not adjustable. It’s a bit loose on my ring finger, but too tight for my middle, index or thumb, so perhaps that has something to do with the lack of effect.
Overall, I’d say avoid purchasing. It’s not the most attractive piece of jewellery - I would only continue wearing if it actually helped in some way. Sadly, it doesn’t.

I’ve been wearing the ring for 2 months and have not noticed any change in my sleep, anxiety or hot flashes at all.
It is big and you really have to squeeze it to fit. Would not recommend.

Wouldn't exactly say they are adjustable size - too big for me and metal is quite unbendable, so far too loose.
