Smart and efficient way to recruit for internships
Going through the entire internship recruiting process requires a ton of work, from building personalized resumes to filling out multiple job applications. OptiApply does a great job automating that with a human in the loop, so the outcome doesn't look like an auto-AI driven send out but as a proper application done by a human.
