Fantastic Prompt Service and knowledge.
Gus was fantastic throughout the entire process. I had never leased a car before, and Gus made the experience completely seamless, providing incredible support, guidance and care from start to finish.
He was professional, positive and always willing to go the extra mile. The effort and genuine care Gus put into the process made such a difference to my experience, and I’m incredibly grateful for all his help.

It took too long to complete this approximately 3-4 month from the time I originally discussed this. I signed the document 3-4 times I lost count!

Warning, never use OLY
The Oly team members who answered my phone calls were universally friendly and obliging.
Unfortunately, behind the scenes, the service is terrible.
The delivery of the car was delayed by more than two weeks due to settlement system errors, including the allocation of the wrong finance company, which meant the whole signing process (including the salary sacrifice employer) had to be done twice.
I’ve had technical issues getting online access and accessing the app. I’ve rung and emailed many times, always received a pleasant response on the phone, but three weeks later, the problem is still not fixed.
The car insurance, organised by Oly, was not for the correct car. I had to follow up with them to get the policy changed to the correct car.
I would never use Oly again and deeply regret choosing to use them.

The experience started very well but
The experience started very well. The sales consultant was friendly, helpful and prompt in answering my questions, even after hours, which was one of the main reasons I chose Oly.
However, once my application was submitted, the process became quite slow. The additional aftermarket sales process also caused further delays, and it took almost 3 weeks to complete everything instead of 4 days as advertised.
After over 2 weeks of waiting, I emailed the settlement team to express my concerns. To their credit, they responded quickly and finalised the settlement within one day. Although the overall process could have been faster, I was very happy with how promptly the settlement team resolved the matter.

Oly was super responsive and got my novated lease approved and the car picked up in just over a week. Six business days!
The whole process was explained well, phone calls were always answered and it was a great experience. The car dealership also said from their experience Oly was one of the best they have dealt with.
I would highly recommend Oly for any of your car novated lease needs

Great services and great platform
The officers from different teams provided excellent follow-up throughout the process and explained each step and the relevant information clearly. The online platform was also user-friendly and easy to navigate.
