Avi has to be the most patient person in the world.He stayed with me, even as I had trouble finding what he was explaining to do and where to find it. But eventually, with his help, I am signed up with Infinimobile and happy for it. Thanks, Avi!

I have been using Infimobile on the Verizon network for a year in California. Infimobile offers the cheapest data plan prices with a stable signal in my state. Whenever I have issues with my account, I contact customer service through chat. They always do their best to resolve the problem. It’s been a long time since I encountered customer service as great as this. Thank you, John, for your help with my issue. As a result, I changed 1 year plan to 2 years plan commitment.

Jacob provided outstanding customer service. He was patient, professional, and stayed with me until my issue was resolved. He enabled Wi-Fi Calling on my account, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was working before ending the chat. It's refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely wants to help. Avi helped to get my SIM active. He was very polite and resolved the problem, but my concern is the number on the Infimobile website does not work. Voicemail also needed to be activated which prompted a second call.

Tom was a great help. He was very patient, listened carefully to all of my questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly while working to resolve the issue. Although the problem couldn't be solved immediately, he assured me that the team would investigate it within the next 24 hours. He also explained a potential workaround in case the issue couldn't be fully resolved. I really appreciate his professionalism, patience, and commitment to helping.

I have an issue with activating my phone with QR code. Maybe because my number was port in. The rep was very patient with me. I appreciate it. He resolved my issue pretty promptly. Thanks

I run into issues when activating my line and switching carriers. (not Infimobile's fault); however David from Infimobile was AMAZING, I could not thank him enough for his outstanding service and for being so deligent to help me activate my number. He did everything through chat service, I did not have the need to call, altough Infimobile has a customer service number I did not need to use. Thank you David and Infimobile!! I'm looking forward to be a loyal customer for years to come.

Worked pretty well. I had to port a number in and it didn't work at first but the customer service representative helped me out. I went through chat and they helped me out.
