I've had my filter for a year, but I noticed it developed some cracks around the top. I reached out to customer service about replacing it, and they put me in touch with a real person (Emily) who was able to process my claim and send me a brand new filter head in a few days.

Customer service ignores you. Don’t buy from this fraudulent company plus their filters are garbage.

The adapters sent with the filter did not fit on my faucet, so I contacted Helios asking for help. They walked me through the process of getting the correct adapter and reimbursed me for the added expense. They responded to my emails in a timely manner too!

I couldn’t be happier with these Helios filters. The quality is excellent, they fit perfectly, and installation only took a few minutes. They immediately improved the water flow while giving me peace of mind that we’re using cleaner water throughout our home. Using this filter in my bathroom sink has gotten rid of the eczema around my eyes and significantly improved the eczema on my hand.

Very impressed with this filter. Installation was simple and I've already seen a huge improvement in my skin. I was also impressed to see that my water pressure wasn't affected. Worth every penny in my opinion.

the sink filters are the best!! living in the city it is definitely necessary to have one. I have noticed a significant improvement on my dry hands and clearer face skin. You definitely can notice the difference(:

I am absolutely OBSESSED with these filters. Not only have my skin and hair condition improved, but the pineal gland calcifying is now cleaned and removed from my body and life. Customer service ignores you. I never received my filter! I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago! They don’t reply to your emails. Or, if they do, you have to wait for more than a couple of days for a follow up!!!! The few replies are vague and completely useless. Like “could you please contact the carrier?” ABSOLUTELY NO! I paid Helios not a random delivery carrier. That is literally the customer service job! Also, I explained that carrier flags the parcel as delivered but without proof of delivery picture. So contacting them from my side would be a waste of MY time!

Horrible customer service. I tried to edit/cancel my subscription multiple times. It’s been over a month and still not canceled. They continue to try and bill for refills.

I would not recommend this product nor company. I was not happy with the product and requested cancellation of my subscription - I have since been charged twice for subscriptions! They make it very difficult to contact anyone and impossible to cancel subscription - don't purchase from them!

One of my filters broke so I contacted support and it took a week and half to get a yes answer for them to resend me a new one. But once they did they sent me a new one!

Customer service is horrible. They don't have a customer service phone number and I have sent multiple emails attempting to end my subscription because they charge $30+ per every two months just for the replacements. Scam. Buy one from amazon, they're cheaper and work better. DO NOT purchase the subscription. filter works fine enough but nothing special and probably not worth the price.

Just bought this filter for my girlfriend last week, she was complaining about red skin and skin irritation. There seems to be a white build up, but ever since I got her this filter it hasn’t been happening. I feel a noticeable difference in my skin and my hands feel so much softer. I didn’t realize a filter for skin care would make such a difference in my skin, especially my hands. I feel like my hand moisturizer locks into my skin on my palms much deeper and my girlfriend says my hands has become much softer the last couple weeks.

Really happy with the product and after some use, you can see how much dirt is collected in the filter. Makes me feel more comfortable about my skin staying healthy. I had great customer service with them, very responsive and honest. Highly recommend.
