I went to their showroom after looking at couches online. They also sent me almost every fabric swatch they had so I could make a well-informed decsion about the apholstery. The model I ended up buying wasn't in the showroom but the sales person was very helpful and gave me enough information to purchase the couch I wanted and recommended some modifications I could do to customize it to my liking. The couch arrived sooner than I expected, and the delivery was quick and easy. I've been enjoying my new couch for a few weeks, and I'm very happy with my purchase so far.

Sofa is very lovely. Salespeople were lovely and the communication was very good. It took a while to receive my sofa, however, the circumstances at play that created the delay were reasonable. Very happy with my beautiful fern green velvet sofa. It feels good to support a Canadian small business where the furniture is made in Canada.

Kavuus is my go to for great quality pieces that are design forward. I love the wide range of fabric options and the customization features that help make what I choose perfect and unique for my space. It feels good to shop and buy Canadian.

The quality of their couch is outstanding. We had a few glitches throughout our buying journey, so I can't say it was the best experience, but Annu helped us through all the challenges and made it right and very fair for the long lead time and other things. I would say for the quality it was worth the wait. We went with Kavuus because we did not want an overseas product, we wanted to keep the money in Canada. We want to support our people. Thanks again for a couch that is exactly what we wanted. It was worth the wait.

Annupreet provided me with great advice as I worked through what sofa would suit my apartment and lifestyle. The sofa has perfect fabric for deterring cat scratches and it's attractive and comfortable. Thanks for a great sofa.

Terrible communication. Only delivered under duress after months of waiting. Not happy with quality. Cushions always crooked. Have seen chair I ordered in other stores for much less. Delivery takes so long causes major stress to client. Nobody answers questions. 30% and free delivery seems to be an ongoing promo and not 30 days. I would definately look elsewhere.

Brutal experience! These sketchy, belligerent and unprofessional people do not deserve a business licence. There is a reason they have a (D-) rating with the BBB; and ongoing unsolved complaints. Google/AI offered up that they scrub negative reviews on FB and open new accounts. My loveseat & ottoman was over 3 months late. (No follow up; none, whatsoever!) 100% unable to sit on it; due to intensely hard bench cushion, with no give. Think floor. Ended up with red welts on my skin! Kavuus tried to charge more to replace it. I threatened a chargeback, then one came 4 weeks late. Wrong size. Saga continues, 5 1/2 months in. God give me strength! Twisting in the wind; as they're loathe to follow up. Shockingly obtuse staff......Consider yourselves forewarned!

I ordered a couch in January with a 3 to 6 week delivery date. I still don't have my couch and it's now May. It took ages to get any response from them regarding the delay and now I just get apologetic emails. This company is not reliable, and the way they do business is very concerning.

Took 11 weeks for my couch to arrive, they advertised 5-7. After 9 weeks I had to call every week to get updates, as their order tracking doesn't function correctly.

It arrived with damaged legs, I told the delivery driver and advised Kavuus right away. It's been 8 weeks since they first told me they would send me new leg blocks.

Their customer service is garbage. Their product is fine, but for the cost of the couch and the headache of even dealing with them is not worth it.

I absolutely do not recommend.

We ordered our sofa April 2025, received it July 2025. We noticed that one arm had less padding in it than the other as soon as it arrived. Within a week, they came in and replaced the other arm. It is a comfortable sofa with good padding, but now one of the legs gave out and we have to fix that. Overall, the workmanship is not worth the cost. We were hoping to get a good product made in Canada, unfortunately we did not.

Don’t buy there.
No customer service, no one can help after the order is made.
The product is not comfortable and they won’t take it back because I paid for a tissu protector.

I’m absolutely disappointed with Kavuus and their customer service. First off it took a very long time to get my sectional. I ordered it early spring and it didn’t arrive until mid September. Secondly I ordered the “apartment sectional” but when it arrived it was a full sized couch, in fact it was longer than the full sized couch I bought at Mobilia, which did not fit in my townhome. I was told by the driver I’d have to refuse it. The driver took pictures to show the company it could not fit. When I reached out to Kavuus, I was told I’d have to pay all shipping cost, fuel ect…that amounted to over $1000. That’s 1/3 of what I paid for the couch. They’re advertising is also very very misleading. Right on the website it says “hassle fee returns, find your dream furniture or get your money back”. That statement is completely false. You don’t get all your money back and then they rely on a return policy that is buried in their website that completely contradicts what is advertised. Do not buy from them, if you have any issues at all, you will not get your money back. Terrible experience.

I can't stop talking to my friends about this super nice flex office chair that I got from them! And it was delivered straight to my address! Their prices might not be the most affordable but their service is excellent.
